1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds apply only if the honey is proven to be impure or not matching the description on our website.

You must report your concern within 3 days of delivery by contacting us at info@ellahinaturalhoney.com or WhatsApp.

Refunds are only for the product (bottle/jar) price — delivery charges are non-refundable.
2. Return Process

To start a return, contact our support team with your order number, product photo, and reason for return.

After review, we’ll confirm if your product is eligible for a refund.

You’ll need to send the product back to our return address (shared after approval).

Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
3. Refund Method

Once we receive and verify the returned jar, we’ll issue a refund for the honey jar price only.

Refunds will be sent to your provided bank account or Easypaisa/JazzCash within 5–7 business days after approval.
4. Non-Refundable Items

Opened or partially used jars cannot be refunded.

Delivery charges are non-refundable in all cases.
