At Ellahi Natural Honey, we stand by our promise of purity and honesty. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we aim to deliver 100% pure, natural honey every time.

If, however, you believe that the honey you received is not pure, please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Refund

• Refunds apply only if the honey is proven to be impure or not matching the description on our website.

• You must report your concern within 3 days of delivery by contacting us at info@ellahinaturalhoney.com or WhatsApp.

• Refunds are only for the product (bottle/jar) price — delivery charges are non-refundable.

2. Return Process

• To start a return, contact our support team with your order number, product photo, and reason for return.

• After review, we’ll confirm if your product is eligible for a refund.

• You’ll need to send the product back to our return address (shared after approval).

• Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

3. Refund Method

• Once we receive and verify the returned jar, we’ll issue a refund for the honey jar price only.

• Refunds will be sent to your provided bank account or Easypaisa/JazzCash within 5–7 business days after approval.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or partially used jars cannot be refunded.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable in all cases.

• Orders returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
